Questions about RR Points
What is RR Points?
RR Points is RockRose's free rewards program for pros. You earn 1 RR Point for every $1 you spend online, and each point is worth 10 cents, so you get 10% back to use on future orders.
How do I join, and does it cost anything?
It's free. Create an account on rockrosefilm.com (or sign in) and you're a member. There's no fee to join and no ongoing fee.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Points are tracked on your account. If you check out as a guest, create an account with the same email to see and use your points.
Can my shop use one account for all our orders?
Yes. Order under one email and all points stay in one balance.
How do I redeem my points?
Sign in, open the Rewards panel (the Rewards button at the bottom of any page, or click here) and choose an order discount. 100 RR Points = $10 off, in $10 steps. You'll get a discount code to use at checkout.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points expire after 60 days with no activity. Any order or other earning activity resets the clock, and we'll email you before your points expire.
