Job Description: Shopify & Amazon Store Manager

Salary: $3,000 - $3,800 per month (plus performance bonus)

RockRose Film City is an M2C e-commerce platform founded in October 2018. We specialize in auto tint, car wrapping vinyl, PPF, and decorative window film. Our mission is to support our customers’ growth by providing them with high-quality solutions.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a positive, motivated, and energetic individual to manage our online stores on Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart. In this role, you will focus on listing new products, optimizing listings, customer service, monitoring store performance, managing advertisements, coordinating FBA inventory, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Management: Oversee product listings on Shopify and Amazon, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, images, and specifications.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the supply chain for restocking, and maintain product availability.
  • Order Processing: Process orders, manage shipping and tracking, and collaborate with logistics to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage reviews and feedback on Amazon and Shopify.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay current on trends, pricing strategies, and competitors on Amazon.
  • Promotional Activities: Develop and execute promotional campaigns on Amazon, including discounts, coupons, and offers.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze metrics on Amazon and Shopify, tracking sales, customer feedback, and market position.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Amazon and Shopify guidelines, staying up-to-date with platform policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, specifically Amazon platform management
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA and Shopify platforms
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and e-commerce tools
  • Ability to multitask, with high attention to detail
  • Familiarity with SEO practices and digital marketing strategies
  • Experience with window film sales or technical knowledge (preferred)
  • Bilingual in Spanish (a plus)
